USATF ANNUAL MEETING – HONOLULU , HAWAII IMPORTANT REMINDERS
EARLY REGISTRATION The early bird registration deadline is Friday, November 2. In order to receive the early bird rate of $160, you’ll need to register online before midnight (Pacific Time) or via USPS (postmarked Nov. 2 or earlier). Beginning November 3, the rate will be $210.
This year, all registered attendees will receive a backpack. It will contain all materials as in the past, and provides ample room for additional meeting material.
DRESS CODE Due to the warmer climate, casual shorts/shirts and shoes will be appropriate wear for meetings; however, the Jesse Owens Awards/Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will still be "semi-formal," meaning suits for the gentlemen and dresses/pant suits for the ladies
SCHEDULE The most current schedule is posted online at www.usatf.org/2007/AnnualMeeting/schedule.asp. Please be sure to check back periodically in order to assure you have the most current schedule as it is subject to change. We wouldn’t want you to miss your meeting(s)!

Participants must book their hotel rooms through Pleasant Holidays, the official travel provider for USATF's 2007 Annual Meeting. For reservations, click on one of the buttons below or call Pleasant Holidays at 800-627-1755 and reference the "USA Track & Field Annual Meeting." Specially-trained sales agents will process your hotel reservations. In addition, your Pleasant Holidays agent can assist with airline tickets, pre- and post-Annual Meeting outer-island reservations and excursions, and answer your questions.
